Returns and Replacements

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, email us at info@plutobeanmerch.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Refunds are not available for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect address entry.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is not required. All approved replacements are sent free of charge.
