Order Processing
All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production prior to shipment.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery windows based on destination:
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond the control of the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be issued via email once the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect movement within the carrier’s system.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages transfers to the shipping carrier once an order has been dispatched. If a package is marked as delivered but is not received, the carrier should be contacted directly for resolution.
